CoorectCV is operated by Les Entreprises Coo. These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Les Entreprises Coo. By creating an account or using CoorectCV, you agree to these Terms.
CoorectCV lets you create, upload, edit and manage CVs and résumés, keep a Career Profile, compare a CV against a job description, and improve or tailor a CV using manual editing and AI-assisted tools. Exports are available in supported document formats.
You are responsible for the accuracy, honesty and lawfulness of everything you enter or upload, including your CV content and any job description you paste.
Do not use CoorectCV to fabricate experience, employment history, qualifications or credentials, and do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
AI-assisted suggestions, match assessments, scores and tailored wording may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always review and correct AI output before you use it in a real application.
CoorectCV does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, any hiring outcome, any applicant-tracking-system result, or the exact accuracy of any score or assessment.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that takes place through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Paid access is sold as a one-time pass: a 14-day pass or a 30-day pass. Passes do not renew automatically, and no subscription is created.
Prices and currencies may differ depending on your pricing region or country. The price shown at checkout for your order is the price that applies.
Purchased access is activated only after your payment is confirmed as successful by the payment provider. A pass gives you a period of access together with an included allowance for paid AI actions during that period.
Manual CV editing and other free functions of CoorectCV can be used independently of paid AI features.
Payment or refund questions can be sent to support@coorectcv.com. Any applicable refund is handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Do not use CoorectCV for unlawful purposes; do not attempt to bypass security, payment, access or usage controls; do not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; do not use malicious automation, scraping or bulk automated requests; and do not misuse other people's personal information.
You keep ownership of, and remain responsible for, the CV, career and job content you provide.
Les Entreprises Coo receives only the limited permission needed to host, store, display and process that content in order to deliver the features you request. Les Entreprises Coo does not claim ownership of your CV or job content.
The service may change over time, and features may be added, modified or removed. Downtime, maintenance and defects can occur, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
We may suspend or restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms. Any question about amounts paid is handled separately, as described under Passes and payment.
CoorectCV relies on third-party services, including payment processing, hosting and AI providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply to their own products.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoorectCV is provided as is, without warranties that it will meet every requirement or produce a particular result, and our liability for loss arising from your use of the service is limited to the extent applicable law allows.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability, or any right, that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or privacy law.
We may update these Terms as the service changes; the date shown at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
